NCM chooses GRUPPO B&T for its expansion

The Algerian ceramic tile manufacturer has once again chosen the Italian technologies provided by Gruppo B&T, after 7 years from the first plant.

The ceramics market in Algeria has grown strongly in the last few years, encouraging a large number of local entrepreneurs to invest in local production. Drawing on its experience and state-of-the-art technologies, Gruppo B&T has become firmly established in the country, with a solid, respected presence.

Emblematic of the above is NCM Céramique Si – Mustapha, an Algerian ceramic tile company founded in 2018 in partnership with Gruppo B&T, which created a complete plant with the technologies supplied by the Italian Group, able to guarantee outstanding performance, flexibility and continuous after-sales support. The collaboration has proved so successful that today NCM is doubling its production capacity.

After just seven years, the company has again chosen Gruppo B&T for its expansion project, confirming the trust built up over time and opting to reward the soundness of the relationship, the reliability of the solutions and the constant assistance received, in spite of the alternatives offered by Asian competitors.

The new plant marks a leap forward in quality terms, also with regard to technology.

In fact, NCM has chosen to equip its line with all Gruppo B&T’s major innovations, including leading-edge Tornado® squaring systems and the Wizard® automatic sorting and palletising line, which ensure precision, outstanding finishes and optimised production flows.

Another innovation introduced is Projecta digital decoration, with the 12-bar PRO Plus printer and the Dryfix 112 technology. The former guarantees extremely high productivity, the utmost flexibility in the control of printing parameters and operating continuity, while the latter enables digitalised applications of grits and powders, opening the way to 3D effects and contrasting textures with a uniquely striking appearance. Both technologies enable the company to expand the variety and improve the quality of its finished products, reinforcing its market competitiveness.

NCM’s choice proves that technology, service and partnerships are the best foundations for success stories, based on lasting relationships of genuine worth.
