In the field of warehouse management there is an urgent need to be able to replace a pallet with another of the same dimensions without having to manipulate the packs, either in the event of breakages or in order to switch from a disposable to a recyclable pallet or vice versa.
For this purpose, SACS Tecnica is offering its "Pallet Replacer", a device that does not require foundations and can moved easily because the controls and the EC standard electrical and mechanical protections are integrated into the structure.



The operations essentially consist of: inserting the pallet into the machine, blocking it with the hydraulically controlled pressing device and rotating it by 180° so that the pallet to be replaced is in a high position, opening the presser, replacing the pallet and again performing the 180° rotation in order to return the pallet to the pick-up position.
As a result, pallet replacement is a simple, fatigue-free operation, even when covered by a heat-shrunk film.
