Tecnolab introduces new pressing service
The pieces are produced on a three-exit WK2 4600 ton press equipped with Picasso loading system that allows clays of different colours (up to 6 colours) to be used per exit with coloured or neutral bodies. Pressing is performed directly using the finished punch, complete with both normal and three-dimensional edges.
Along with a plant capable of supplying dried bodies, the Tecnolab technological centre is also able to perform wet industrial tests with silicone rotary technology, dry industrial tests with Picasso technology (Tecnografica Sistemi Welko), complete projects in various colours and sample testing of high-end and large-format products.
