System technology in Muskogee

08/05/06 - After meeting the challenge of the first ceramic plant with Ethernet wiring for the US giant Dal Tile in 2003, System is further consolidating its cooperation with the American multinational by participating in the project to double the production capacity (from 7.5 million sq.m/year to 15 million sq.m/year) at Dal Italia in Muskogee (Oklahoma, USA) as a joint venture with Emilceramica.

System will supply technologies for the decoration, sorting, palletisation and handling departments.

This factory adopts the most advanced automation technology with a unique level of dialogue between the different machines. The use of Ethernet as the communication standard provides a number of advantages, including excellent reliability and flexibility, greater control over the entire production process and improved management of the whole plant.
