Fuertes acquires stake in Todagres

31/10/03 - The Fuertes Group, a large corporation with interests in a range of industrial sectors, recently acquired a 31% stake in Todagres, a Spanish ceramic company based in Villarreal, Castell�n.
The acquisition was carried out through the company Talinides, which has become the largest shareholder in Todagres.

Todagres closed fiscal 2002 with a turnover of 24.5 million euro and an output of about 3,600,000 square metres, consisting of 80.6% floor tiles and 19.4% wall tiles. TODAGRES-ok.jpg
