A new universal loading system from LB

LB Officine Meccaniche is introducing a new universal loading system called Roll-Feed, which improves on the previous performance characteristics by means of a more flexible powder loading mechanism that allows the powders to be channelled inside the mould.

This creates various effects and ensures a finished product with outstanding aesthetic appeal.
The ultimate objective is to achieve faster and more precise powder management with real-time adjustment.
Thanks to simplified mechanical operation, the new Roll-Feed is able to create new aesthetic effects during pressing.
As well as press loading, Roll-Feed is also ideal for use in conjunction with Tecnoslate (a system for creating through-bodied vein and texture effects) and has a system for recovering and reusing the powders removed by the air blade adopted by Tecnoslate.

Roll-Feed is able to create micro-vein, macro-vein, varied shade and mottled effects with an extremely natural appearance. Since the veins pass through the entire body of the tile, they are permanent without the need for further treatment subsequent to pressing.
