The first edition of Vietnam Ceramics will be held in Hanoi from 30 to 31 August 2018. A total of 14 Italian companies in the Acimac delegation will present their latest technological innovations.
The 4th edition of the Acimac Research Department’s “Financial statement analysis of world ceramic tile manufacturers” analysing the data of 388 companies and comparing the results of Italian, Spanish, European and Asian companies is now available.
The 5th edition of “Financial statement analysis of world manufacturers of machinery for the ceramic and brick industries” (by Acimac Research Department) examines the economic and financial figures of 188 companies operating worldwide.
Italian technological excellence will take centre stage in a more than 1,000 square metre space at Ceramics China showcasing the latest process innovations for the ceramic industry.
Due to be held in Moscow from 3 to 6 April, the exhibition will host a group of Italian exhibitors coordinated by Acimac in the Technoceramica section. More than 91,000 visitors are expected.
From 7 to 9 March the ACIMAC and ITA collective will be showcasing Italian technological excellence at the exhibition Indian Ceramics in Gujarat. The event will also host an Italian technology focus day entitled "The latest innovations in Italian technologies".
Acimac Research Dept. updates the yearly analysis of the world ceramic sanitaryware import/export flows. In 2016 they fell to 2.8 million tonnes (-1.4%), mainly due to the contraction of Chinese exports (-7.4%).
According to the preliminary figures published by the Acimac Research Department, the sector’s turnover has risen by 9% to 2.2 million euros. The Industry 4.0 Plan tax incentives are driving investments in Italy (+21.5%).

All-time record turnover driven by growth in both the Italian domestic market (+4.5%) and exports (+1.6%). Strong outlook for the current year with first quarter turnover growth of 13.3%.
The new Acimac’s study shows a significant growth in EBITDA and net profits. The best performances were posted by companies with turnovers of between 10 and 40 million € and in the fields of digital decoration and finishing machines.
