Sustainable construction takes centre stage at SAIE Bari 2025
The Italian construction fair has become a key meeting point for shaping the sustainable future of the built environment.
From 23 to 25 October 2025, the Nuova Fiera del Levante exhibition centre will host SAIE Bari, the event dedicated to the Italian construction industry. This year’s edition focuses on the increasingly urgent theme of sustainability in construction.
Energy efficiency, innovative materials and living comfort are the three core themes of the programme. The focus is no longer just on savings, but on buildings that interact with the environment, reduce climate impact and improve quality of life. From thermal and acoustic insulation systems to solutions for Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (nZEB), the exhibition will show how the green transition is changing our approach to design and construction.
Among the most eagerly anticipated events are the Energy Efficiency Plaza, the SAIE InCalcestruzzo space and the European OpenDBL event. CasaClima and “La Città Sostenibile” (The Sustainable City) will provide concrete examples of climate resilience in the Mediterranean region.
SAIE Bari 2025 will serve not only as a product showcase but as a laboratory of ideas for architects, engineers and businesses, a place to discover how sustainability can be transformed from a regulatory burden to added value, boosting competitiveness and human wellbeing.
