Sirsi Valves prepares its relaunch

The company’s strategic relaunch focuses on process digitalisation, international expansion and the development of comprehensive, end-to-end technical support for customers.

Following its acquisition by the CAI Service / iVALVE group, Sirsi Valves is embarking on a new chapter in its industrial journey. Founded in 1927 and renowned for its technical and manufacturing excellence, the Italian manufacturer of diaphragm and pinch valves is now undergoing a complete operational overhaul. The goal is to preserve the heritage of this historic brand while pursuing a future-oriented innovative vision. The core pillars of this strategy include process digitalisation and expansion into new international markets.

To consolidate its position as a key partner for heavy industry, the company, now led by Cristian Cavallini, aims to redefine the brand’s market proposition: evolving from a component manufacturer into a partner capable of solving complex problems and supporting customers from initial design through to the choice of the most suitable materials for the harshest operating conditions.

This new strategy is built on solid foundations of reliability, quality and specialist expertise in the production of devices engineered to perform where conventional valves fail.

The decision to keep all production at the company’s Italian facilities guarantees direct control over the entire supply chain, allowing for the certification of every stage from elastomer compound selection through to final testing. As a result, Sirsi valves offer superior mechanical standards capable of withstanding extreme stress, alongside extended life cycles with drastically reduced maintenance costs, consistent performance and a perfect seal, even when handling highly abrasive or chemically aggressive fluids. This is evidenced by their use in critical sectors such as water and sludge treatment, the ceramic, stone and cement industries, and the chemical and mining sectors.
