SCHUPP® Ceramics has reorganized its management structure
As of 1 January 2026, Frederik Arning and Roland Latzel have taken over the company’s operational management.
SCHUPP® Ceramics is setting the course for its continued strategic development: As of January 1, 2026, the management structure of M.E. SCHUPP Industriekeramik has been reorganized.
Frederik Arning and Roland Latzel, two experienced executives who have been with the company for many years, have assumed responsibility for the company’s management. The founder and former Managing Director, Michael E. Schupp, remains the owner of SCHUPP® Ceramics and will continue to support the company’s long-term strategic direction.
The year 2026 also marks a special milestone: SCHUPP® celebrates its 30th anniversary, representing three decades of expertise in high-temperature technology and industrial applications.
SCHUPP Industriekeramik, headquartered in Aachen (Germany) specializes in components and solutions for high-temperature processes up to 1,850 °C. The company develops and supplies thermal insulation systems, electric heating solutions, and products for firing process control for industrial applications.
