Holding Serenissima Cir Industrie Ceramiche formed

30/01/04 - The ceramic company C.I.R. of Rubiera (province of Reggio Emilia, Italy) merged recently with Ceramica Serenissima Spa of Casalgrande (Reggio Emilia), which has taken on the new name of Serenissima Cir Industrie Ceramiche Spa.

The Serenissima Group, which controls the brand names Cir, Capri and Serenissima, acquired Cerasarda (the ceramic company based on Sardinia’s Emerald Coast) in 2002 and reported a total turnover of about 80 million euro in 2003.
