FTP Automazioni joins System Group

14/11/06 - During Tecnargilla 2006 the Fiorano Modenese-based multinational group System Group officially announced the acquisition of FTP Automazioni, a company that has been manufacturing industrial automations for various industrial sectors including the ceramic industry for more than 25 years.

The level of specialisation achieved by FTP in the manufacture of complete lines for production and handling of mosaic, sorting lines for small formats and tailored packaging solutions for various sectors (biomedical, food, beverages, furniture and plastics) will perfectly complement System's own expertise.

The acquisition is part of System's long-term industrial strategy of complementing its product range with reliable and highly specialised solutions and expanding into the new business segment of packaging with cutting-edge solutions.
