"Comm. Giuseppe Gambarelli" study grant

20/01/06 - The “Comm. Giuseppe Gambarelli” Study Award was presented this morning at the Ceramico Gambarelli Group’s headquarters in Solignano (MO).
This study grant was set up in memory of the company’s founder Giuseppe Gambarelli for graduates in Engineering Faculty courses who have presented the best theses on themes relevant to scientific or technological product and process innovation in the ceramic sector.

The jury, coordinated by the dean of the Engineering Faculty, Professor Paolo Tiberio, declared Marcello Valentini the winner for his degree thesis entitled “Analysis of interdependencies between chemical and mineralogical composition and sinter modalities of fully vitrified ceramic bodies”.

The ceremony was attended by numerous public and university figures as well as the family Pozzi-Gambarelli (the management of the Gambarelli Ceramiche Group) and Assopiastrelle Chairman Alfonso Panzani.
