Barbieri & Tarozzi acquires stake in SITI

26/06/03 � As part of a project to restructure S.I.T.I, a manufacturer of complete plants for the ceramic industry located in Marano Ticino (province of Novara, Italy), the Barbieri & Tarozzi Group has acquired a stake in the firm through its holding company.
The partnership between the two Groups will be of a commercial and industrial nature and will allow both companies to strengthen their market positions.
