30 million euro earmarked for building development in Warsaw12 December 2002 - The EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) has granted the Polish company Dom Development SA a credit line for 30 million euro for residential building activities in the metropolitan area of Warsaw.
The DOM construction group designs, builds and sells more than 750 housing units per year. Through the formula of mezzanine financing, a compromise between debt capital and venture capital, the group will be able to start up new building sites and complete work that is already in progress over the next two years.
