Machine builders will appreciate Alpha's compact design, and users will appreciate its outstanding performance. Despite a relatively small tank volume of 4.1 or 6.8 liters, Alpha achieves a relatively high melting rate of 8 kg/h or 12.5 kg/h. The 45-degree FlexPort connection surface makes it easier to connect the heated hoses. The footprint remains small.

Proven occupational safety reduces the risk of accidents

An absolute must: avoiding the costs of injuries and lost working time. Robatech has therefore paid even more attention to protection against accidental contact. CoolTouch covers hot parts on the FlexPort and the screw connections on the heated hose. A seal at the tank opening protects against the risk of burns. The automatic filling system, which is available as an option, offers even more operating safety.
