Sirsi Valves accelerates its growth
Following its acquisition by the CAI group, Sirsi Valves is strengthening its position with new hires and investments in quality and production efficiency.
A few months after its change of ownership and the relocation of its headquarters to Castellarano (Reggio Emilia), Sirsi Valves has launched a corporate development programme focused on enhancing the quality of its products and services, with the ultimate goal of consolidating the group’s positive sales performance and capitalising on significant opportunities for future growth.
On an organisational level, the company has expanded its management team. Daniele Benvenuti and Guido Debbia (pictured with Cristian Cavallini) have joined the company as Plant Manager and Production Manager, respectively.
Alongside these personnel changes, Sirsi Valves has initiated several production improvement measures. These include maintenance and reconditioning of the moulds and patterns used for its main valve types; the introduction of a new standardised compound made from 100% natural rubber that extends the lifespan of the sleeves by five to six times; and the adoption of electrostatic powder coating to ensure greater resistance to weathering and the most demanding environmental conditions.
Another important aspect is the company’s focus on safety and quality control, with all manufactured valves subjected to three separate tests. To support this growth trajectory, Sirsi Valves has completed an initial training programme for the entire team focusing on organisational and technological innovation and on the integration of production and commercial processes. Further training courses are already planned, confirming the company’s commitment to investing in internal skills as a strategic lever for improving quality, efficiency and customer service.
