Panaria Group enters stock market
The operation will consist of a global offer split between an institutional placement reserved for professional investors in Italy and abroad and a public offer for sale and subscription reserved for Italian investors.
The Panaria Group listing, which last July incorporated all the Group’s brands, aims to support its development strategy which involves consolidating the position established in the Italian market, reinforcing its sales structure in the Italian and key foreign markets, and boosting research and development to create new product lines and develop foreign markets.
The Group led by the Mussini family has four production facilities and five brand names (Panaria, Lea, Cotto d’Este, Fiordo and Margres). It closed fiscal 2003 with a consolidated turnover of 211.9 million euro.
