Opera takes over ITS Ceramiche

02/12/03 - Opera is the name of the new company that has taken over ITS Ceramiche, a firm based in Spezzano (Modena) and with its factory at Camposanto sul Panaro (also in the province of Modena). Products will be marketed under both the ITS Ceramiche and the Opera brand names.

Edmondo Gagliardelli and Eugenio Gagliardelli are the chairman and managing director of the new company.

The ITS Group, which includes brands ITS and ICM (Industrie Ceramiche Meridionali), reported a consolidated turnover of 55.9 million euro in 2002.
