A new packaging line proposal

30/06/03 - Sasib Packaging System (SPS), a company that for years has been a leader in the field of packaging solutions, has introduced a revolutionary system in the world of packaging lines with the B.O.E. (Biscuit On Edge) Module, developed in cooperation with Control Techniques.
This machine is able to package stacks of biscuits with a portioning system, guaranteeing unmatched speed without affecting product integrity (200 packs/minute). The line consists of 5 main sections: portioner, product feed control, sealing and cutting point, transfer device, film feed.
The advantages of the system include: high production speed due to the precise synchronisation between axes; simplified parameter setting through the use of UniSoft, the Unidrive configuration software; absence of stoppages during the cycle; increase in productivity and reduction in waste; low wiring requirements; pre and after-sales support; worldwide service.
