Navarti launches expansion plan
The acquisition of Gres De Valls, concluded in early 2004, contributed to the Group’s growth.
The operation, which also included 11.2% of the capital of Euroatomizado and the distribution companies EPC America (55%) and Gres de Valls Australia (51%), involved a cost of 17.5 million euro and generated a loss of 3.5 million euro for the Uralita Group, owner of the Gres de Valls brand name.
This year the Navarti Group is expecting to report an output of more than 22 million square metres and a turnover in excess of 90 million euro, making it one of the top Spanish ceramic companies.
