Marazzi Group reports 2005 turnover of 903 million euro
A vital contribution was made by the Russian group Kerama Marazzi, which was consolidated at the beginning of 2005 and posted revenues of 78.4 million euro.
For the equivalent industrial structure of 2004, the increase in turnover was 9.4 percentage points. The growth in revenues was largely due to increases in sales in the United States (36.1%) and in Italy and Spain (4.3% and 12.1% respectively).
As regards the main economic indicators, EBITDA increased by 50.5% to about 160 million euro, while EBIT more than doubled to 103 million euro. Net profits were equally positive, almost tripling to 52.8 million euro.
