Investments at Piemme

18/07/05 - The Piemme Group (Modena, Italy) recently announced a forthcoming investment in technology at its factory in Solignano in cooperation with the Barbieri & Tarozzi Group.

The pressing department will be expanded with the introduction of a latest-generation Clock 3000 press with a free clearance between columns of 2250 mm, complete with linear feeding carriage and fast vertical dryer with dedicated loading/unloading machines.
The product selection department will also be expanded with the installation of a Smart line sorting line.

The Piemme Group closed fiscal 2004 with a turnover of 139 million euro and a production of 10.5 million sq.m.
