Dellas strengthens its position in the USA

Through new investments, the Verona-based company is consolidating its presence in the American market, building on its longstanding successful partnership with GV Service.

Dellas, a company specialising in the production of diamond tools for the ceramic and stone industries, is continuing its international growth path. The company’s latest focus is the United States, where it is making a strategic investment to establish a stronger local presence and guarantee a faster, more efficient service for American ceramic tile manufacturers.

At the heart of this presence is Dellas’ long-standing collaboration with GV Service, a trusted partner that manages two warehouses – one in Atlanta, Georgia, and the other in Lebanon, Tennessee – both located in areas with a high concentration of ceramic tile manufacturers. These logistics hubs allow Dellas to respond promptly to customer needs, thanks to the direct availability of tools in the region.

At the same time, Dellas plans to appoint a dedicated technical specialist in the US to support customers directly in the selection, use and optimisation of diamond tools. This initiative responds to the growing need among manufacturers for qualified personnel with in-depth knowledge of production processes. Ongoing technical and commercial support will be complemented by Dellas’ established sales network, which includes frequent (even weekly) visits from GV Service staff and visits from Dellas’ own sales manager every two months.

This extensive presence will be further strengthened over the coming months by a significant new investment planned for early 2026. The goal is to further reduce the distance between customer and supplier, offering not only high-quality products but also reliable, hands-on technical and commercial support tailored to the real needs of the sector.
