“COLLECTIO” heads to Da Nang, Vietnam for its fourth edition

Colorobbia’s annual event returns to Vietnam on 22 and 23 May to showcase Italian technology in Far Eastern markets.

Following three successful editions held in Ho Chi Minh City in 2023, Bali in 2024 and Bangkok in 2025, COLLECTIO 2026 returns to Vietnam for the latest event to take place from 22 to 23 May at the Sheraton Hotel in Da Nang.

Organised by Colorobbia, in collaboration this year with Colorobbia Vietnam, the event maintains its travelling format across the most important Far Eastern markets. Its mission remains clear: to provide local ceramic manufacturers with the latest Italian innovations in products, technology, design and trends while offering the strategic vision and practical tools needed to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving sector. The event provides a high-level networking platform that facilitates knowledge exchange and the alignment of shared goals, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

Colorobbia will once again be joined by Italy’s leading machinery and material suppliers and design experts, with the number of participants rising to 25 this year: Air Power, Certech Group, Digital Design, Fabbrica del Sale, Industrie Bitossi, Inkside, Intesa, Inter Ser, I-Tech, Lamberti, Nitida, Origostyle, Poppi Clementino, Projecta, Sacmi, SITI-Gruppo B&T, SMAC, Smaltochimica, Surfaces Group, System Ceramics, Tecno Diamant, Tecnoferrari, Tecnografica, Vincent VST and Z&S Ceramco.

The programme features two days of plenary sessions with prominent speakers and stakeholders – including a presentation by a well-known Italian architect – alongside one-to-one meetings between speakers and clients to facilitate direct, personalised discussion. The proceedings will be opened by Francesco Massaini, sales manager for Asia, and Alessio Londi, Head of Strategic and Operational Marketing for Colorobbia worldwide. Coordination efforts will be supported by local teams led by Stefano Lorenzini and Claudio Salsedo, who are responsible for the Southeast Asian markets.

The event will also provide a preview of the innovations set to debut at the Cersaie and Tecna trade fairs in September.

“Shaping the Future: Italian Innovation & Sustainability”

“Shaping the Future: Italian Innovation & Sustainability” is the theme of COLLECTIO 2026. With a focus on the future of industrial and production models, the discussion will highlight the integration of cutting-edge solutions capable of redefining the concept of growth. The primary competitive advantage is sustainability in its broadest sense: environmental impact of products and processes, operational efficiency, economic stability and the value of human and cultural capital. The conference will underscore how technological and strategic innovation can generate long-term value, ensuring progress that is technically advanced, economically prosperous and socially equitable.

“COLLECTIO is an exclusive, strategic meeting point for the leading players in the Asian ceramic sector, distinguished by the clear added value of Made in Italy,” explains Elia Bitossi, general manager of Colorobbia Ceramic Division. “It is an opportunity for international synergy that transcends purely commercial goals to embrace a broader, shared and forward-looking vision. I like to think of it as a hub for cross-pollination and dialogue between markets with different perspectives, where this very hybridisation can spark new opportunities.”

Approximately 300 guests expected

With 300 professionals and managers from across the Far East expected to attend, COLLECTIO 2026 aims to build on the success of the 2025 edition in Bangkok, which attracted over 250 guests. The event’s global scope is further underscored by the participation of Colorobbia’s main Asian branches.

In such a geopolitically challenging year, the huge turnout of both customers and partner companies confirms the event’s powerful international appeal and Colorobbia’s ability to look to the future with a concrete vision, reaffirming its role as a leading industrial and creative partner capable of combining technology, materials and innovation to drive sustainable growth.
