B&T receives another order from Ceramica Almeida

23/07/03 - The Barbieri & Tarozzi Group has signed the third contract in the space of two years with Ceramica Almeida, one of the most important Brazilian ceramic groups with production sites in the Santa Gertrudes-SP area.

The agreement is for the supply of a new single fired tile production line with a daily output of 12,000 sq.m. Some parts of the single-layer kiln have been produced by the Barbieri & Tarozzi Group�s Brazilian branch.

Following installation of this new production line � to be completed by December 2003 � Ceramica Almeida will have an output of more than 16 million square metres per year.
